Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, every guest receives a cash register receipt or a VAT invoice. Should you require an invoice, please inform us. We usually send invoices by e-mail.


How can I get my keys? Is there a reception desk?

We are not a hotel and we do not have any reception desk.

You will receive your keys at the Apartment you booked. Please, pay attention to the fact that the address: Aleja 3 Maja 5B, premises No. 18, Warsaw, is the registered office of the company. We do not hand over keys there.

In order to arrange receipt of the keys, please contact us beforehand. Each guest should have their own operating mobile phone, to allow for contact.


How can I pay for my stay? Can I pay with a pay card or a credit card?

We accept payment in cash, by card or by bank transfer. We operate in the following currencies: PLN, EUR and USD. We charge you in advance for your stay – at the moment of key handover at the latest.


Can I receive booking confirmation?

At the moment of booking on the Internet, you will receive automatic e-mail confirmation from the system. If booking via phone, you may also receive a separate e-mail confirmation. At your individual request, we can issue a booking confirmation acceptable for embassies.


What are check-in / check-out hours? Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Check-in time starts from 4 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. If there are no other bookings on a given day and after previous agreement, early check-in or late check-out may be possible. Please contact us in this case.


Can I use an additional baby bed?

In our selected apartments we can offer an additional baby bed or a cradle, at the request of our guests. This service is free of charge and requires previous arrangements.


Is parking fee included in the booking price?

No. All our Apartments are situated in the inner center of the city, in the metered parking zone. A municipal car park is available, payable from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is no option to reserve a parking space. 


Do the apartments look exactly as in the photos?

Yes, all our apartments look exactly like in our photos. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and show the actual state of apartments.





Is there a hair dryer and an iron in the flat? What equipment is available in the flat?

In every flat there is a high-quality hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron. All the flats are equipped with tableware, glasses and a wine opener, pots and a frying pan. In most of the apartments there is a dish-washer and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Selected flats are also equipped with a washing machine or a washer/dryer.

In the kitchen, you can find coffee, black and fruit tea, milk, salt and sugar.  Every guest can also enjoy cornflakes, e.g. for a quick breakfast:)

In every flat you can use free broadband Internet, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Every guest receives a set of clean and fresh bed linen and towels. There is shower gel and a shampoo in the bathroom.


Is there any fee for bed linen and towels or for additional cleaning?

Bed linen and towels for every guest are included in the booking price. In case of a longer stay, bed linen and towels are replaced on a weekly basis. We also suggest cleaning the flat once a week. Service is free of charge.

In case of ordering additional cleaning service or more frequent replacement of bed linen, an additional service fee may be charged.


How often is the flat cleaned? Is it possible to order additional cleaning?

Flats are cleaned before the arrival of every guest. In case of a longer-booking period, we offer cleaning and bed linen replacement once a week and this is free of charge. It is possible to order additional cleaning and bed linen replacement, for which an additional service fee may be charged.


Can I bring my pet?

For the sake of hygiene and comfort of our guests, there is a ban on pets in all our apartments.


Can I smoke cigarettes in the Apartment?

There is an absolute ban on smoking tobacco in all our Apartments. Should we find out that this ban has been breached by a guest, an additional fee of PLN 1000 will be charged.


Can I throw a party / a stag party / a hen party in the Apartment?

No. Night quiet hours are obligatory in all our apartments from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and there is a ban on parties. Warsaw offers a very wide range of clubs – we are sure that you will find a place you like:-)
