Rules of Booking and Rental of the Apartments Your Freedom
SUBJECT OF THE RULES
The Rules specify the principles of rendering services, liability and staying on the area of the apartment and they form an integral part of the contract, concluded by way of booking, as well as the advance payment or payment of the entire amount due for stay in the apartment. By way of booking the guest accepts the conditions of these rules.
The rules are binding for all guests staying in the apartment.
Your day of stay starts at 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival (check-in time) and ends on 12 p.m. on the next day (check‑out time).
If you would like to check in earlier or check out later, such a possibility should be agreed beforehand, in person, with the service personnel, via e-mail or phone. Such requests will be granted, according to the availability of a given facility.
Staying in the Apartment or leaving your things there, longer than until 12.00 p.m. without previous agreement, will be treated as an extension of your stay by another day of stay.
BOOKING AND CHECK-IN
Handing over of keys to the apartment takes place after setting up an appointment at the address of the rented apartment.
Before arrival, the guest is obliged to contact the service personnel of the apartment by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or on the phone +48 790 33 22 11, in order to arrange the receipt of keys.
During check-in, the guest is obliged to present to our service personnel a document with a photograph to confirm his/her identity. In case of refusal to present the document, the service personnel will be obliged to refuse to hand over the key to the apartment.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicant will not receive the keys to the apartment.
Booking, payment and commencement of stay in the apartment is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of these rules by the Guest.
The number of persons reported during the booking process may stay in the apartment. Additional persons can stay in the apartment from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Stay of additional persons in the apartment of the Guest after 10 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the guest who rents the apartment for check-in of these additional persons in the Apartment against charge. Check-in of each person will take place according to the valid rental price for the apartment, divided by the maximal number of persons, for whom a given apartment is available.
The company Your Freedom may refuse to accept a guest who, during their previous stay, committed a gross breach of the rules, and in particular, caused damage to the property.
The company Your Freedom reserves the right to pre-authorization of a credit card or to collection of cash deposit to the amount of PLN 500.
In case of failure to cancel booking of the apartment 72 hours before the start of the day of stay on the day of stay or in case of non-arrival of the guest at the apartment on the planned date, a fee will be collected equal to 100% for the first day of stay.
Should the guest resign from their stay in the course of the day of stay, the company Your Freedom will not reimburse the fee for this day of stay.
The Guest is entitled to change the date of booking or the apartment 72 hours before the start of the day of stay at the latest.
Booking is possible on-line, via e-mail or phone.
on-line booking is effected via the website www.YourFreeedom.pl or with the mediation of any agent who cooperates with the company Your Freedom. Accepting of the terms and conditions of booking results in sending the message with confirmation of booking to the guest’s e-mail address. The sending of this message means that this booking is recorded in the database;
booking by e-mail is effected by way of sending an e-mail to email@example.com or using the form available on the website www.yourfreedom.pl. After checking availability of the selected apartment by the service employee, the guest will be informed via e-mail or phone that booking is possible. Response to the massage sent causes the booking to be recorded in the data base;
booking on the phone can be effected by way of calling the number +48 790 33 22 11. After the service employee checks availability of places in the apartments, the guest will be informed of the possibility of booking. The guest will receive booking confirmation by e-mail or in case of a LAST MINUTE offer – by SMS or orally, on the phone. The message sent or information transmitted results in recording of booking in the data base.
CHANGE OF APARTMENT AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
In exceptional situations, such as a failure in the building, where the apartment is located or in the apartment itself, the company Your Freedom reserves the right to replace the apartment with the same standard or with an apartment of a higher standard, at the same or a lower price.
In the event of Force Majeure, the company Your Freedom is authorised to withdraw from the rental contract. This authorisation includes situations, when the company Your Freedom, though no fault of the company, is unable to ensure the safety of the guests or their property.
In case of withdrawal from the rental contract in the situations referred to in subparagraph 2 above, the amount paid so far by the guest will be reimbursed without delay, and the company Your Freedom will be authorised to deduct the amount due for the stay in the apartment used so far.
Payment for stay is possible:
in cash on the day of arrival during receipt of keys;
by way of bank transfer to the account of the company Your Freedom 48 hours before the start of the day of stay at the latest. If the bank account has not been credited with payment by the start of stay, the Guest will be obliged to send transfer confirmation by e-mail;
using PayPal system;
by card during receipt of keys or using remote MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order) system.
According to the guests’ wishes, the company Your Freedom makes out VAT invoices. The guest is obliged to inform the service employee of their wish to receive an invoice during the booking process, and at the moment of effecting payment at the latest. In other cases, a cash register receipt will be the confirmation of payment.
RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS
Children younger than 13 years old should stay in the apartment under continuous supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians bear financial responsibility for any damage caused as a result of children’s actions.
The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment or technical devices present in the apartment, caused through their own fault or through the fault of their guests. The company Your Freedom reserves the right to debit the guest’s credit card for damage caused after their departure.
In case of breach of provisions of these rules, the company Your Freedom may refuse rendering services for a person who committed such a breach. Such a person is obliged to meet the demands of the company Your Freedom without delay, as concerns settlement of the amounts due for the so-far services, payment for possible damage and leaving the apartment.
Each time the guest leaves the apartment, for the sake of safety, (they are obliged to turn off the TV, the lights, turn off the taps, close the windows, lock the entrance door with the key and store the key in such a way, that unauthorised access to it is prevented.
A fine to the amount of PLN 200 will be imposed on the guest who loses or fails to return in time the key to the Apartment.
There is an absolute ban on organising any parties in the apartments. A fine to the amount of PLN 500 will be imposed if any parties are held. Moreover, the company Your Freedom may demand that the guest vacates the apartment forthwith without reimbursement of payment.
There is an absolute ban on smoking tobacco and tobacco product in the apartments. Failure to observe the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is tantamount to the consent of the guest who rents the apartment to covering of the costs of restoration of the flat to the amount of PLN 1000.
RETURN OF OBJECTS LEFT BEHIND
Personal belongings left in the Apartment by the departing guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the guest at their cost.
Should the Guest give no disposition concerning sending back the objects left behind, the company Your Freedom will store the above objects at the owner’s cost for three months, and after expiration of this period, the title to these objects will be transferred to the company Your Freedom. Food products will not be stored.
NIGHT QUIET HOURS
There are obligatory night quiet hours in the apartment from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
During night quiet hours the guests and persons who use the services of the company Your Freedom are obliged to behave in a way that does not disturb the peace and quiet of other persons in any way.
The guests are entitled to lodge complaints if they notice any non-observance in the quality of rendered services.
Any and all complaints will be received personally by the service employee, via e-mail or phone.
A complaint should be lodged immediately after noticing any non-observance in the standard of rendered services.
The company Your Freedom does not accept the presence of any pets. There is an absolute ban on presence of any pets in the apartments.
Hazardous items may not be stored in the apartment – weapons and ammunition, highly flammable objects, explosive and illumination materials.
For the sake of fire protection, it is forbidden to use electric heaters and other electric devices in the apartment that are not a part of the equipment of these rooms. The above provision does not apply to chargers of radio/television and computer equipment.
For the sake of fire protection, it is forbidden to use any form of open fire, including candles.
The guest is obliged to pay special attention to the operation of water, gas valves and electric equipment.
The guests are not allowed to introduce any changes to the apartments and their equipment, apart from slight relocation of furniture and equipment, that does not disturb their functionality and safety of use.
The guest gives consent to personal data storage and processing, according to Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws [Dz. U.] of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by the company Your Freedom, for the needs indispensable for the realisation of the stay of the guest in the apartment and the use of other services offered by the company Your Freedom by the guest. The guest is authorised to view their personal data and to correct it.
